How to order

Whether you’re selecting from our signature collections, where every detail has already been carefully curated, or dreaming up something completely unique, getting started is simple. Reach out via email, our social platforms, or submit an enquiry through the website and we’ll guide you from there.

What to include in your enquiry

If you’d like to place an order from our signature collections, simply let us know what you’d like and when for. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with availability.

If you’d like to make an enquiry about a custom order let us know the following:

  • Date required

  • Size preference or approx. servings required

  • Flavour preferences

  • Design requirements or ideas (send any inspo you might have!)

  • Advise us of any allergies

Bookings & Payment

To confirm a booking, a 20% deposit will be required. Further to your enquiry you’ll be sent a secure link to make the payment by bank transfer. Debit/credit cards are also accepted upon request. The remaining balance is due prior to the agreed date of collection or delivery.

Collection/Delivery

Unless agreed otherwise, all orders are required for collection from the Sunniside (NE16) area. Full address will be given upon payment of deposit.
